sec.2C PDA accepted development— Act , s 33
For section 33 (4) (a) of the Act , the following development is PDA accepted development— a material change of use of premises for a solar farm as defined under the Planning Regulation 2017 ; a material change of use of premises for a wind farm as defined under the Planning Regulation 2017 ; a material change of use of premises for a battery storage facility as defined under the Planning Regulation 2017 . s 2C ins 2025 SL No. 80 s 6 amd 2025 SL No. 163 s 4
- (a) a material change of use of premises for a solar farm as defined under the Planning Regulation 2017 ;
- (b) a material change of use of premises for a wind farm as defined under the Planning Regulation 2017 ;
- (c) a material change of use of premises for a battery storage facility as defined under the Planning Regulation 2017 .
