64ADefinitions

64A Definitions ***AVPCC*** means an Australian Valuation Property Classification Code based on the Valuation Best Practice Specifications Guidelines; ***eligible transfer*** means a transfer of dutiable property referred to in section 10(1)(a) or (ad) that— (a) is wholly in regional Victoria; and (b) the transferee intends to use solely or primarily for a qualifying use; ***qualifying use*** means a land use described in an AVPCC in the following ranges— (a) 210 to 299; (b) 310 to 499; S. 64A def. of *regional Victoria* amended by No. 22/2021 s. 19(2). ***regional Victoria*** has the same meaning as in section 18(8) of the **First Home Owner Grant and Home Buyer Schemes Act 2000**; S. 64A def. of *state of disaster area* inserted by No. 14/2020 s. 3. ***state* *of* *disaster* *area*** means— (a) the municipal districts of the following municipal councils— (i) Alpine Shire Council; (ii) East Gippsland Shire Council; (iii) Mansfield Shire Council; (iv) Towong Shire Council; (v) Wangaratta Rural City Council; (vi) Wellington Shire Council; and (b) the following alpine resorts within the meaning of the **Alpine Resorts Act 1983**— (i) Falls Creek Alpine Resort; (ii) Mount Buller Alpine Resort; (iii) Mount Hotham Alpine Resort; (iv) Mount Stirling Alpine Resort; ***Valuation Best Practice Specifications Guidelines*** has the same meaning as in the **Valuation of Land Act 1960**.
