(1) A person is an ***eligible cardholder*** for the purposes of this Division if the Commissioner is satisfied that the person is— (a) an eligible beneficiary within the meaning of the **State Concessions Act 2004**; or (b) the holder of a Seniors Health Card within the meaning of the Social Security Act 1991 of the Commonwealth. S. 58(2) amended by No. 18/2023 s. 15(3). (2) Two or more persons together are eligible cardholders in respect of a transfer if each of them satisfies the criteria set out in subsection (1).
