55B Commonwealth Help to Buy arrangements (1) No duty is chargeable under this Chapter in respect of a change in beneficial ownership resulting from an owner of land purchased under a Help to Buy arrangement paying money to the Commonwealth or Housing Australia under the arrangement. ***Help to Buy arrangement*** has the same meaning as in the Help to Buy Act 2024 of the Commonwealth; ***Housing Australia*** has the same meaning as in the Housing Australia Act 2018 of the Commonwealth.
