286 Transitional provisions Schedule 2 has effect. Schedules Sch. 1 (Heading) substituted by No. 26/2015 s. 13(1). Schedule 1—Special purpose vehicles and mobile plant Sections 233, 233AA and 233AB 1 Special purpose vehicle (type O) For the purposes of section 233(4)— ***special purpose vehicle (type O)*** means a special purpose vehicle (other than a special purpose vehicle (type P))— (a) built, or permanently modified, primarily for use on roads; and (b) that has at least one axle or axle group loaded in excess of the axle load limits specified in the Table at the foot of this definition.
