234B Financial sector (transfer and restructure) No duty is chargeable under this Chapter on an application for transfer of registration of a motor vehicle as a consequence of the vehicle becoming an asset of a receiving body under Part 3 of the Financial Sector (Transfer and Restructure) Act 1999 of the Commonwealth. S. 235 (Heading) inserted by No. 27/2001 s. 3(Sch. 1 item 2.9).
