19A Foreign purchasers not entitled to concessions A foreign purchaser is not entitled to a concession from duty or a concessional rate of duty under Part 5 in respect of any duty determined in accordance with the rate set out in section 18A or 28A. Part 2—Dutiable value S. 20 amended by No. 58/2003 s. 6 (ILA s. 39B(1)).
