140 Commercial hire businesses must be registered (1) A commercial hire business must be registered under this Part if, in any month, the total amount of the hiring charges received in the month exceeds $6000. (2) An application for registration must be made within 21 days after the end of the month in which the $6000 threshold is first exceeded. s. 140(2) inserted by No. 13/2013 s. 56(2).
