64 Meaning of financial institution—div 2.5.2A financial institution means— (a) an authorised deposit-taking institution; or (b) a co-operative under the Co-operatives National Law (ACT); or (c) a body prescribed by regulation. Note The Co-operatives National Law (ACT) Act 2017, s 7 applies the Co-operatives National Law set out in the Co-operatives (Adoption of National Law) Act 2012 (NSW), appendix as if it were an ACT law called the Co-operatives National Law (ACT).
