208A Definitions—pt 9.2 demonstrator means a new motor vehicle used solely for the sale of another motor vehicle of the same kind. trading stock means a motor vehicle offered or exposed for sale by a licensed vehicle dealer in the course of the dealer’s business, other than a motor vehicle used— (a) personally by the dealer or a member of the dealer’s staff or family; or (b) for the general purposes of the dealer’s business.
