#### 68 Procedures for urgent claims 68 Procedures for urgent claims > If the Tribunal has determined that a claim is urgent on application by the claimant under Division 2, the statement of claim for the claim is, for the purposes of any provision of rules of court as to the serving of a defence, taken to have been served when the Tribunal made that determination.
