#### 28 Requests for more information about dispute 28 Requests for more information about dispute > > (1) If a defendant does not admit an issue, the plaintiff may request the defendant to provide the plaintiff with information not already provided to the plaintiff on which the defendant proposes to rely in respect of that issue, including documentary evidence, witness statements and a summary of expert medical opinions. > > > (2) A defendant must comply with any reasonable requirement of the plaintiff under this clause and must provide that information as soon as practicable and, in any case, no later than 5 business days before the start of mediation.
