#### 14 Service of statement of particulars on last of original defendants 14 Service of statement of particulars on last of original defendants > A reference in this Part to the service of the plaintiff’s statement of particulars on the last of the original defendants is a reference to service under Division 3 of the plaintiff’s statement of particulars— > > > (a) if there is only one original defendant—on that defendant, or > > > (b) if there is more than one original defendant—on the last of the original defendants to be served.
