#### 32F Secretary to the Rule Committee 32F Secretary to the Rule Committee > > (1) Subject to and in accordance with Part 2 of the [Public Sector Management Act 1988](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1988-033), a person is to be appointed to hold office as the Secretary to the Rule Committee. > > > (2) The appointment of a person under subsection (1) is subject to the prior approval of the President. > > > (3) A person may hold office under subsection (1) in conjunction with some other office or position in the Public Service. > > > (4) The Secretary to the Rule Committee has and may exercise and discharge such functions as may be specified in the rules or as the Rule Committee may determine. > > **s 32F:** Ins 1995 No 21, Sch 4 (11).
