#### 25 Evidence in proceedings before the Tribunal 25 Evidence in proceedings before the Tribunal > > (1) Any evidence that would be admissible in proceedings in the Supreme Court is admissible in proceedings before the Tribunal. > > > (2) Except as otherwise provided by this Part or the rules, evidence is not admissible in proceedings before the Tribunal if it would not be admissible in those proceedings by virtue of subsection (1). > > > (3) Historical evidence and general medical evidence concerning dust exposure and dust diseases which has been admitted in any proceedings before the Tribunal may, with the leave of the Tribunal, be received as evidence in any other proceedings before the Tribunal, whether or not the proceedings are between the same parties. > > **s 25:** Am 1995 No 21, Sch 4 (19).
