106 Definition of transaction
(1) In this Part—
transaction means the manufacture, preparation, use, transfer within and between premises, administration, sale, supply, disposal or destruction of a Schedule 4 poison, Schedule 8 poison or Schedule 9 poison.

(2) However, a reference in subregulation (1) to a Schedule 4 poison, Schedule 8 poison or Schedule 9 poison does not refer to a poison of any of those kinds that is, or that is contained in, a drug-checking substance.
