7 Act not to derogate from provisions of certain other Acts This Act shall be read and construed as being in aid and not in derogation of the **Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008**, the **Wildlife Act 1975**, the **Liquor Control Reform Act 1998**, the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, the **Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2017**, the **Veterinary Practice Act 1997**, the **Severe Substance Dependence Treatment Act 2010**, the **Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Control of Use) Act 1992** and the **Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Victoria) Act 1994**.
