69G Inspector may order harvest or treatment (1) If an inspector is satisfied on reasonable grounds that any plant or crop contravenes this Part or an authority, the inspector may order the harvest of the plant or crop and the treatment of that harvested material. (2) An order under subsection (1) must— (b) include a statement of the reasons for ordering the harvest and treatment; and (c) be given to the holder of the authority.
