69 Amendment of authorities (1) The Secretary may, in the Secretary's discretion— (a) amend any terms, conditions, limitations or restrictions to which the authority is subject; or (b) impose new terms, conditions, limitations or restrictions on an authority. (2) An amendment under subsection (1) must be notified in writing to the holder of the authority. S. 69A inserted by No. 54/1997 s. 5.
