66A Application of prescribed terms and conditions (1) A term, condition, limitation or restriction prescribed under section 66(4) or (5) applies to an authority on and from the prescribed date, being not less than 14 days after the commencement of the regulations that prescribe the term, condition, limitation or restriction. (2) The Secretary must give the holder of an authority written notice of any term, condition, limitation or restriction under subsection (1) to which the authority is subject.
