59 Matters to which this Part does not apply This Part does not apply to— (a) the sale of deleterious substances for a purpose authorized by or under this Act or for a prescribed purpose or for a purpose authorized by or under any other Act or the regulations made under the other Act; or (b) the sale of deleterious substances for the purpose of use by another person, being a use which is authorized by or under this Act or is a prescribed use or is a use authorized by or under another Act or the regulations made under that other Act.
