49 Obtaining licence by fraud Any person who for the purpose of obtaining for himself or for any other person the issue grant or renewal of a licence warrant or permit under this Act or an authority under Part IVA of this Act makes any declaration or statement which is false in any material particular or knowingly utters produces or makes use of a declaration or statement which is false in any material particular or a document which contains a declaration or statement that is false in any material particular shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
