46 Offences Except insofar as it is otherwise by this Act expressly enacted every person who— (a) contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Part; (b) contravenes or fails to comply with any condition limitation or restriction to which any licence warrant or permit issued under this Part is subject; (c) purchases or obtains any poison or controlled substance and gives false information in answer to inquiries required by or under this Act to be made by the seller or supplier; or (d) signs his name as a witness to the sale or supply of a poison or controlled substance to a person unknown to him— shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
