30I Offences relating to access or use of monitored poisons database unless authorised (1) A person who is not authorised to do so by or under this Act, the regulations or otherwise by any law must not knowingly access, use or disclose information on the monitored poisons database. (2) A person who is authorised to do so by or under this Act, the regulations or otherwise by any law to access, use or disclose information on the monitored poisons database must not access, use or disclose information on the monitored poisons database other than in accordance with the person's authorisation.
