23 Manufacture, sale and supply of poisons or controlled substances by wholesale S. 23(1) amended by Nos 20/2016 s. 105(1), 34/2019 s. 8(1). (1) A person must not manufacture and sell or supply by wholesale any poison or controlled substance unless he or she is authorised by or licensed under this Act to do so.
