22L What an animal health and welfare emergency order authorises (1) An animal health and welfare emergency order authorises a person or class of persons specified in the order to obtain and possess, store, use, sell or supply a specified poison or controlled substance or class of poison or controlled substance in accordance with the order. (2) A person who has been sold or supplied a specified poison or controlled substance or class of poison or controlled substance in accordance with an animal health and welfare emergency order is authorised to possess and use that poison or controlled substance for the purpose for which it was sold or supplied.
