21 Duration of a licence, permit or warrant (1) A permit or a licence lasts 12 months from its date of issue. (2) Despite subsection (1), a licence or permit may be issued for a shorter period to enable that licence or permit and other licences or permits held by that person to expire simultaneously. (3) A warrant lasts until it is cancelled or suspended. New s. 22 inserted by No. 12/1994 s. 9.
