147 Transitional—Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2019 (1) The amendments made to Schedule Eleven by sections 14(a), 15 and 16(a) of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2019** apply only to offences alleged to have been committed after the commencement of the applicable section. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between 2 dates, one before and one on or after the commencement of the applicable section of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2019**, the offence is alleged to have been committed before that commencement.
