141 Drug Rehabilitation and Research Fund (1) On 1 July 2007— (a) the Drug Rehabilitation and Research Fund is closed; and (b) all money standing to the credit of the Drug Rehabilitation and Research Fund must be paid into the Consolidated Fund. (2) In this section, ***Drug Rehabilitation and Research Fund*** means the trust fund established by section 124 of the **Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981** as in force immediately before 1 July 2007.
