135A Transitional provisions—Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Amendment) Act 1994 Despite the repeal of the **Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Amendment) Act 1994** by the **Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances and Therapeutic Goods (Victoria) Acts (Amendment) Act 2004**, a warrant to which section 19(2) of the **Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Amendment) Act 1994** (including a suspended warrant) applied immediately before that repeal must be taken to have been issued under this Act and may be amended, suspended or cancelled accordingly.
