135 Instruments to continue (1) The amendments made to this Act by the **Health and Community Services (General Amendment) Act 1993** do not affect the continuity of status, operation or effect of any licence, permit, warrant or authority in force under this Act immediately before the commencement of this section. (2) Subsection (1) does not affect the operation of section 134. S. 135A inserted by No. 74/2004 s. 18.
