133A Exemption from regulatory impact statement procedure S. 133A(1) substituted by No. 42/1993 s. 57(1), amended by Nos 68/1996 s. 15(a), 75/2014 s. 24. (1) The provisions of the **Subordinate Legislation Act 1994** with respect to the preparation of regulatory impact statements do not apply to a regulation which is consistent with, and gives effect in Victoria to, the Poisons Standard. S. 133A(2) amended by Nos 42/1993 s. 57(2), 68/1996 s. 15(b). (2) Any regulation to which subsection (1) applies may be disallowed, in whole or in part, by resolution of either House of Parliament in accordance with the requirements of section 23 of the **Subordinate Legislation Act 1994**. S. 133A(3) amended by Nos 42/1993 s. 57(2), 68/1996 s. 15(c). (3) Disallowance of a regulation under subsection (2) must be taken to be disallowance by Parliament for the purposes of the **Subordinate Legislation Act 1994**.
