132ARegulations may incorporate other documents

132A Regulations may incorporate other documents (1) Regulations under any provision of this Act may apply, adopt or incorporate by reference any document formulated or published by a person or body, either— (a) without modification or as modified by the regulations; or (b) as formulated or published on or before the date when the regulations are made; or (c) as formulated or published from time to time. (2) Regulations under any provision of this Act may apply, adopt or incorporate by reference the Poisons Code or any part of that Code. (3) Section 32 of the **Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984** applies to regulations under any provision of this Act that incorporate by reference any part of the Poisons Code as if that part were a statutory rule.
