#### 36O Exemption from criminal liability for persons engaged in conduct of licensed injecting centre 36O Exemption from criminal liability for persons engaged in conduct of licensed injecting centre > Despite any other provision of this Act or of any other Act or law (other than a provision prescribed by the regulations)— > > > (a) it is not unlawful for a person to engage, participate or otherwise be involved in the conduct of a licensed injecting centre, and > > > (b) in particular, a person who is engaged, participates or is otherwise involved in the conduct of a licensed injecting centre does not commit an offence under section 14 or 19, or any other offence prescribed by the regulations, just because of that fact. > > **s 36O:** Ins 1999 No 67, Sch 1.
