9 Referring courts—referral of eligible convicted offenders

For the Act, section 18B(1), the following courts are prescribed—

(a) the District Court,

(b) the Local Court,

(c) the Drug Court, for sentences imposed or determined under the Act, section 7D(3) or 12(3),

(d) the Court of Criminal Appeal, for appeals from—

(i) the District Court or the Local Court, or

(ii) the Drug Court about proceedings referred to in paragraph (c).
