#### 27 Rules of court 27 Rules of court > The Senior Judge may make rules of court, not inconsistent with this Act, for or with respect to any matter relating to the practice or procedure of the Drug Court, including— > > > (a) any matter for or with respect to which rules may be made under the [District Court Act 1973](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1973-009) in relation to the criminal jurisdiction of the District Court, and > > > (b) any matter for or with respect to which rules may be made under the [Criminal Procedure Act 1986](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1986-209) in relation to the criminal jurisdiction of the Local Court, and > > > (c) any matter for or with respect to which a power to make rules is conferred by this Act. > > **s 27:** Am 2001 No 121, Sch 2.87 \[8\]; 2007 No 94, Sch 2; 2018 No 87, Sch 1.17 \[4\].
