#### 11 Termination of program 11 Termination of program > > (1) The Drug Court may terminate a drug offender’s program— > > > > > (a) if the Drug Court is satisfied on the balance of probabilities that, having regard to the objects of this Act, the drug offender has substantially complied with the program, or > > > > > (b) if the drug offender requests the Drug Court to terminate the program, or > > > > > (c) if the Drug Court decides to terminate the program as referred to in section 10 (1) (b). > > > (2) No appeal lies against the Drug Court’s termination of a drug offender’s program. > > **s 11:** Am 2002 No 93, Sch 1 \[9\].
