#### 52 Production of licence 52 Production of licence > > (1) The holder of a licence must produce the licence for inspection when required to do so by— > > > > > (a) a police officer or an authorised officer, or > > > > > (b) any person who wishes to receive or is receiving driving instruction from the licensee. > > > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. > > > (2) For the purposes of this section, licence includes any document setting out conditions imposed on the licence and any notice varying any such conditions or imposing new conditions.
