#### 25 Tests or certificates during currency of licence 25 Tests or certificates during currency of licence > > (1) Transport for NSW may at any time during the currency of a licence require its holder to submit to any tests of the kind referred to in section 15 or to obtain any medical or other certificate referred to in section 16. > > > (2) Requirements under this section are to be made only as often as Transport for NSW considers necessary in the public interest.
