#### 13 Licence for testing or assessment not required for 12 months 13 Licence for testing or assessment not required for 12 months > Despite the amendments made by the amending Act, a person who tests or assesses other persons for the purpose of enabling those persons to obtain driver licences or have them varied is not required to hold a licence under this Act authorising the person to do so for the period of 12 months after the day on which Schedule 2 \[2\] to the amending Act commences.
