- The following authorities shall be prescribed authorities for the purposes of sections 3 and 4 of the Act:—The Dried Fruits Boards of the States of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia, constituted by the Dried Fruits Acts of the respective States, the Collector of Customs for the State of Queensland and the Collector of Customs for the State of Tasmania.
