65 Application for review of decision to pay money out of Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria Trust Fund S. 65(1) amended by Nos 47/2019 s. 30(1), 17/2025 s. 27(1). (1) A party to a domestic building work dispute may apply to VCAT for review of a decision by the Authority under section 49G or 51B to pay money out of the Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria Trust Fund. S. 65(2) amended by Nos 47/2019 s. 30(2), 17/2025 s. 27(2). (2) An application under subsection (1) must be made within 10 business days after the party received written notice of the Authority's decision under section 49G or 51B (as the case requires).
