52B Functions of Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (1) The functions of Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria are— (a) to administer the scheme under this Part for the resolution of domestic building work disputes; and (b) any other functions conferred on Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria by or under this Act. (2) In performing a function or exercising a power under this Act, the chief dispute resolution officer, conciliation officers and assessors are not subject to the direction or control of the Authority.
