49T Chief dispute resolution officer may extend period for compliance
The chief dispute resolution officer may amend the dispute resolution order to extend the period for compliance with the order if the chief dispute resolution officer is satisfied that the failure to comply with the dispute resolution order was due to factors outside the control of the party required to comply with the order.
