49P Notice of compliance with work under dispute resolution order (1) A builder who has rectified or completed domestic building work in accordance with a dispute resolution order must give written notice to— (a) the chief dispute resolution officer; and (b) the building owner. (2) The notice must be given within 2 business days after the domestic building work is carried out. (3) The chief dispute resolution officer may direct an assessor to examine the domestic building work for which notice has been given under this section to confirm whether it complies with the dispute resolution order.
