49J Request to amend or cancel dispute resolution order (1) A party to a domestic building work dispute may, in writing, ask the chief dispute resolution officer to amend or cancel a dispute resolution order relating to the domestic building work that is the subject of the dispute. (2) A request may be made on the ground that there has been a substantial change in the nature of the dispute or the circumstances of the parties since the assessor gave a copy of the assessor's report to the chief dispute resolution officer under Division 5. (3) A request must be made within 10 business days after the dispute resolution order is served on the party. (4) The party making the request must give written notice of the request to each other party to the dispute within 2 business days after making the request. S. 49K inserted by No. 15/2016 s. 6.
