36 Builder must give copy of other documents to building owner (1) The Minister may, by Order published in the Government Gazette, require builders to give anyone with whom they enter, or are about to enter, into a major domestic building contract a copy of any document relating to building work specified in the Order. (2) A builder must comply with any such requirement within the time specified in the Order. (3) Subsection (2) does not apply if the builder knows that the building owner already has a copy of the document.
