25 Builder must give copy of contract to building owner As soon as is practicable, but no later than 5 clear business days, after entering into a domestic building contract, the builder must give the building owner— (a) in the case of a major domestic building contract, a readily legible signed copy of the contract; (b) in the case of any other contract, a readily legible copy of any document that forms part of the contract.
