58 Seizure—multiple dog licence An authorised person may seize a dog if— (a) the dog is being kept in contravention of section 18 (Requirement to be licensed if multiple dogs); or (b) the dog’s keeper has not complied with a condition of a multiple dog licence held by the keeper in relation to the dog.
