39B Presumption greyhound is racing greyhound (1) This section applies to a greyhound that is 6 months old or older. (2) A greyhound is taken to be a racing greyhound unless the owner of the greyhound makes a statement to the registrar, in writing, that the greyhound is not used, and is not intended to be used, for greyhound racing.
